Healthy Homemade Mango Popsicles

Homemade mango popsicles with wooden popsicle sticks.

Cool off with one of these delicious mango popsicles. Simply pop 3 ingredients into a blender or food processor, freeze and enjoy.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1 cup unsweetened plain kefir
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to a blender. Pulse for a few seconds before blending until smooth. Add a few tablespoons of kefir if you're blender needs a little help blending or if mixture is too thick.
  2. Transfer mango mixture to a popsicle mold. Fill each popsicle mold 3/4 of the way full. Top with lid and insert popsicle sticks.
  3. Freeze for 3 hours or overnight. Enjoy!

Notes

If you don't have a good high-speed blender, you'll likely have to add more kefir or liquid to blend.
