They were light, buttery, and had just the right amount of sweetness. The sprinkles added a nice crunch and burst of color to every bite. I divided the cookie dough and made some with rainbow sprinkles and some with chocolate sprinkles. Loved both versions! My kids were very excited about the rainbow sprinkle cookies.
