I made this using 3 cups of sliced nectarines, Splenda in lieu of sugar and a brown sugar blend on top since I don't have turbinado sugar. I cannot seem to post an image. Hubby gave it a 7 out of 10.

This is the best cobbler I've ever made! And I love to make cobblers. I wouldn't change a thing. Except maybe don't use a rubber spatula to brown the butter because it slightly melted the end of mine lol

I'm usually a peach and pear person but had some nectarines on hand and didn't know what to do with them. This cobbler was the perfect way to use them up! So simple to make with only a few ingredients and the whole family devoured it. Thanks for the recipe!

I had a can of peaches that had been sitting in my pantry for awhile and I found this recipe! I swapped the nectarines for canned peaches and it turned out great. Super flavorful, moist and easy to make. Thanks for this recipe! I will definitely try it again with fresh nectarines once they are in season.
