HOW TO FREEZE COOKIE DOUGH

  1. Make the cookie dough according to your recipe. Scoop the cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  2. Flash-freeze the cookie dough balls on the tray for one hour or until solid before transferring them to an airtight container or freezer storage bag.
  3. Place the container or bag into the freezer and store for up to 2 months.

HOW TO BAKE COOKIES FROM FROZEN DOUGH

  1. Transfer frozen cookie dough balls to the refrigerator the day or night before baking to thaw fully. Alternatively, transfer the frozen dough to the fridge a few hours before baking to partially thaw. 
  2. Bake fully thawed cookie dough according to your recipe. No changes are needed. Bake partially thawed cookie dough according to your recipe, possibly adding a few extra minutes of baking time if necessary.
