Made this because we were out of eggs but I'm never going back!! Legit better than the many snickerdoodle recipes I've made with eggs. I had the best success making them with aluminum foil lining the sheet to avoid the bottoms overbaking at a slightly lower temperature (340°f) and frozen for at least 20 minutes. Makes the most perfect chewy thin snickerdoodles yum yum yum!!

Wow! Didn’t have eggs so tried out this recipe. Chilled it in the freezer for 10 min as suggested and these turned out so chewy and delicious!

Snickerdoodles have always been a favorite of mine. Love these because they are nice and chewy. Tastes way better than the store bought ones.

It's snickerdoodle season and I have made these twice already!! They are so good! Tried them because I was out of eggs and now these are my go-to recipe. So soft and chewy!
