These are DELICIOUS! The textures are perfect. I used Ghirardelli Majestic cocoa powder )which is more intense than your average dutch processed cocoa but not as dark as black cocoa )and York peppermint chocolate chips.
The perfect peppermint patty cookie for my egg allergic hubby. This is a keeper!

I am obsessed with these eggless cookies! Chocolate is my favorite and this recipe is the best! Also, I didn't have any chocolate chips so I just chopped some chocolate and it turned out amazing!

These are absolutely delicious. I omit the chocolate chips and they're the perfect amount of chocolate for us. I also use milk instead of water. So good. 😋😋
