I used almond milk instead of water but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Mine took 10.5-11 minutes to bake. Great recipe and allows for eating cookie dough with abandon!

I like the muffins but I would not say they are light and fluffy. I think they’re a little dense. But still I enjoyed them and I appreciate having an olive oil fat. One thing that helped is to use those tulip shaped cupcake liners. That way, the fruit does not. Stick to the bottom of the pan, making it harder to dislodge them. Clean up is easier and I think it makes an elegant presentation. I will be making these again.

Hey there! I have not tried using milk, but it should still work nicely. The cookies may be a bit softer or brown more easily from the milk.
