Hey Cheryl, thanks for the freezing marshmallows tip, I will have to try that. 🙂 I have also heard that Vegan marshmallows don't melt as much, so I plan to test and see how these work.

The taste is good but my marshmallows all dissolved, except for a few, After researching online, I know for next time to freeze them beforehand so this doesn't happen. My cookies also turned out more round on top. I suppose I should've chilled the dough before baking like the instructions said. Overall, a nice chocolate cookie. My son liked them. I'll try again!
