I love anything coconut so these were right up my alley. Thank you for keeping this recipe simple! I sometimes watch Netflix while I bake and putting on one of my comfort shows was perfect when scooping the dough balls and decorating them with chocolate. Seriously baking = therapy and these coconut macaroons are incredible. I melted a dark chocolate bar because that's all I had and it worked great!!
